The new profil 92 M e-motion spindle moulder is the Format4 premium model offering maximum operating comfort and guaranteeing absolute efficiency with the shortest setup times for milling work. The advanced electric spindle features an HSK 63F interface for a pneumatic tool quick-change system. The swivel range of ±46° enables unlimited machining options. The intuitive e-motion controller, integrated into a 15" touchscreen panel, allows the spindle speed, spindle height, angle, fence position, and even the table opening to be set intuitively and precisely. Memory slots for tools, spindles, and milling programs ensure perfect repeat accuracy and minimal setup times.

Electronically controlled, eccentric insert rings maximize the table support area and significantly reduce setup effort, especially when swiveling the spindle. The newly developed, heavy-duty precision milling fence features two controlled axes for precise depth adjustment of the entire fence and an additional, independent depth setting for the right infeed jaw. For easy access during curved milling operations, the fence can be swung completely out of the working area. Optionally, the Format4 profil 92 M e-motion can also be equipped with an electrically height-adjustable power feeder.
