Fritsch Rollfix 700 – The High-Performance Solution

When it comes to maximum output in continuous operation, the FRITSCH Dough Sheeter ROLLFIX 700 is the ultimate choice. Compared to its smaller counterparts, the largest model in its class significantly excels in several key aspects. A larger roller gap (up to 50 mm) allows for processing of very large dough batches. A double spindle at the infeed roller provides even greater power and, combined with selectable feed rates, enables higher reduction ratios. Furthermore, the ROLLFIX 700 comes standard with thin dough sheet production capabilities.

The ROLLFIX 700’s drive technology is designed to meet the highest demands. The all-stainless steel construction ensures not only enhanced durability—and thus a longer service life—but also greatly improved hygiene due to easy cleaning.

A new intuitive operating concept with simple user guidance includes 18 pre-set rolling programs for all dough types. In addition, a total of 100 product memory slots (expandable) are available and can be managed via the 10-inch touchscreen. All program settings can conveniently be saved to a USB stick.
