The operator starts the machine by pressing the start button and sets the cutting speed. Once the cutting cycle is complete, the machine shuts off automatically, and the operator raises the saw arm to the starting position. The saw arm is made from a very robust, one-piece grey cast iron casting. Along with a 27 mm wide band blade, it allows for multiple serial cuts of structural, stainless, and tool steels. The vice is located on an adjustable bed and is equipped with a quick-clamping feature. The blade guides are fitted with ball bearings and carbide inserts, ensuring excellent precision and straightness of cuts, significantly impacting blade guidance, service life, accuracy, and cut quality.
