Due to the purchase of a new machine, our reliable edge banding machine, originally bought new in 2016, is now for sale. The machine operated in a woodworking shop with 8 employees. In January 2025, it underwent a complete overhaul. New radius scrapers, new milling tools, and new polishing wheels were installed. The pre-milling unit has been re-sharpened. The glue roller clutch has been replaced. The glue pot was thoroughly refurbished and cleaned.

The machine is suitable for both EVA granulate (e.g. Henkel Dorus KS351) and PUR gluing.

The degree of pre-milling, the thickness of the edge banding material, as well as the position of the lower and upper milling tools can all be conveniently adjusted from outside the machine housing via manual handwheel.

The control system allows saving custom edge banding programs.

For edge banding of 0.4 mm and 2.0 mm, the machine pneumatically switches over based on the selected program.
