Basic design:
Stable, heavy welded construction made of thick-walled rectangular profiles with additional, statically calculated reinforcements for optimal vibration dampening.

Staggered sanding units with large-diameter belt drive drums for slip-free belt tracking. Dual-point extraction system for direct and airborne dust with sealing brushes and integrated sanding belt blow-off device, extending the sanding belts' service life. Sanding units in heavy-duty steel plate construction as the basic foundation for vibration-dampened, smooth belt tracking. Absolutely backlash-free guides as ball linear sets made of hardened and ground shafts. Height adjustment of the sanding units via hardened and ground special linear guides and preloaded guide carriages. Permanent precision ensured by dust and dirt protection of the ball linear sets and guide carriages.

Large-diameter pre-sanding rollers as contact rollers. Contact rollers and sanding shoes in a balanced ratio to the sanding belt grain load. The large-diameter drive drums guarantee full transmission of the 5.5 kW drive power from the sanding motors to the sanding belt. Therefore, slip-free, stable operation and optimal heat dissipation. Enables the strongest stock removal possible. Automatic machine stop triggered in case of belt breakage. Optical display on the control panel and via flashing light on the machine.

Finish sanding shoes are completely maintenance and wear-free, made from oxide-ceramic with optimal heat dissipation. Sanding belt tensioning via appropriately dimensioned pressure springs. Sanding belt release for belt changes via a pneumatic device for sensitive, distortion-free application of new belts.

The upper sanding unit and brushing device are centrally motorized and height adjustable with digital display on the control panel for motorized sanding thickness adjustment.

Brushing and finishing device, for improved surface finish, integrated into the main machine. Two special brush rollers, 150 mm diameter, arranged one above the other and operating in the direction of feed. Separate height adjustment of the brush rollers on precise guided carriages for wear compensation. Additional transport roller for removal or further transport of the workpiece from the sanding machine, coupled with the conveyor belt.
