5. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- The PLC system is SIEMENS (S7-1200 series)
- Siemens LCD touchscreen (9 inches) MTP900 installed in the control cabinet
- Electrical components from SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, and PHOENIX
- System pressure for the pressure cylinder is set via LCD touchscreen
- Operating modes (semi-automatic and automatic), power, vertical stroke, and upper cylinder dwell time are programmable
- 99 recipes can be stored, all parameters above can be set for each recipe
- Wireless remote activation
- Dual button operation for slow or rapid up/down movement, emergency stop, and maneuver confirmation
- For safety, a touch-sensitive safety edge is attached to the base of the portal columns
- Control cabinet mounted on the side wall of the bridge
- Rotational lock for the cylinder
