FRAME AND TABLES
• The frame consists of autogenously cut steel and is divided into three electro-welded monoblocks, made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Cylindrical columns with a 300 mm diameter, featuring high mechanical strength; ground and chrome-plated to ensure low friction and wear coefficients.
• Upper table with T-slots and anti-fall safety system.
• Usable table area: 4,750 x 2,250 mm.
• Structure withstands 600 TN of concentrated force on one third of its surface.
• The lower table is designed for a displacement of up to 50 TN and is supported by bronze guides with graphite inserts and mechanical positioning centers for precise table positioning.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• 6 single-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and wear-resistant guides.
• Four 50 TN hydraulic compensators mounted at the ends of the lower table.
• 800-liter hydraulic power unit with low-noise Denison pump, automatic fast-fill shutdown, and equipped with a decompression system for working speed.
• Proportional pressure system and optical measuring instruments for monitoring movement on the upper table, featuring a synchronous electronic system for compensation of eccentric or unbalanced forces.
• Hydraulic unit cooling system with independent air-oil cooler.
• All hydraulic presses in the M series are equipped with a lateral pressure switch to adjust the pressure to the requirements of the operation.
• Glycerine pressure gauge with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Includes SIEMENS safety PLC SIMATIC S7 1200 and 12” touchscreen. Enables programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, power, travel distance, and dwell time on the upper table. Up to 300 recipes can be stored, with each recipe able to program all the above values.
• Low-voltage operation with two-hand control.
• Anti-fall safety system with hydraulic safety jaws.
• Light barriers (Level IV) at the front and rear.
• Side safety guards with opening and safety micro-switches.
