RIGID FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSES

We have designed the motorized rigid frame hydraulic presses of the R/NC series with a range of six different capacities, from 80 to 500 tons.
Specifically engineered for stamping, die cutting, and deep drawing applications.

The next-generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved to offer versatile capabilities, including integration into automated production lines.
They operate at hydraulic pressures below 320 BAR to ensure greater longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

The R/NC series deep drawing and stamping presses feature an electro-welded frame constructed exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. All structural calculations and designs are carried out using finite element analysis software. This enables us to consistently guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.

The presses are equipped with an upper and lower table manufactured from precision-machined C45E steel, both featuring DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table’s perfect parallelism is maintained by four lateral cylindrical guides fitted with maintenance-free, bimetal, low-friction bushings.

Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4” MTP-400 touchscreen located above the electric foot pedal. This system allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, force, stroke, and dwell time for the upper cylinder. The control can store up to 99 recipes, with all process parameters programmable per recipe.

The electrical panel features a selector switch for manual or automatic operation and a keyed selector for maintenance tasks.

All hydraulic and electrical safety circuits are redundant and self-monitored. The system features an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for control and safety functions.

Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distances for the light curtains.

To ensure safety, the machines are equipped with Type 4 PLe safety light curtains at the front working area, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear hinged guard with a magnetic interlock and polycarbonate windows, plus internal LED lighting.
A hydraulic cushion or ejector can be installed as an option.
Fully compliant with all essential health and safety requirements as per CE regulations.
Each machine is supplied with an instruction manual.
