The Platform
The platform is equipped with a universal adapter and includes all necessary electrical and mechanical components for all function modules. This gives you the flexibility to purchase and connect additional modules step by step at a later date without difficulty.

The Functional Modules
The modules contain all process-related functional components for the respective variant of the picoline®, such as classifier head, housing parts, milling tools, motor adapters, etc., and can be interchanged and mounted on the same platform at any time.

Dry Milling and Classification
For dry milling and classification, except for the Piconizer, one or two identical high-speed motors are used per functional module as required.

Wet Milling
The wet mill uses a slower-running motor with high torque. The drive controller for the motor is integrated within the platform.

Mixing and Particle Design
The batch mixer and the high-energy mixer for particle design both use the same high-torque, slow-running motor. The motor’s drive controller is also integrated in the platform.

Accessories
Depending on the operating mode (continuous or batch) and batch size, numerous peripheral devices such as stirred tanks, dosing units, product separators, external blowers, or pressure barrier systems are available as options and can be specified according to your application.

The machine was operated as a pilot plant. Numerous modules and a wide range of accessories are also available individually for purchase or rental.
