The patented IS 10 dry ice mill gives you the capability to reduce 3 mm dry ice pellets to 1.5 mm micro-pellets as needed, enabling gentle cleaning of sensitive surfaces such as polished surfaces, pneumatic and electrical lines, machine panels, or vehicle interiors.

The patented, continuously adjustable dosing system operates reliably without any compressed air loss. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 16 bar. The length of the compressed air supply hose is 10 m.

The integrated flow system prevents freezing and blockages at the hopper outlet. The pipe and hose system design prevents pellet breakage. The blasting gun is ergonomically designed, robust, safe, and easy to operate. Optionally, the blasting gun can be supplied with an LED lamp.

The stainless steel frame and machine housing ensure a long service life. The machine requires only minimal maintenance costs, even under the most demanding operating conditions.

The stainless steel filling hopper has a capacity of 13 kg. Dry ice consumption is 10–100 kg/h.
