The impact mills of the REKORD 212-630 series, built with a welded housing design, are robust universal mills designed for demanding industrial applications in continuous operation.

● Model size: 630 mm (nominal rotor diameter)
● Mill housing: Robust, welded stainless-steel housing (AISI316L) pressure shock resistant up to 10 bar, with surface finish (in product contact areas) of Ra ≤ 1.6 μm for easy cleaning; features a swiveling door and safety locking system type HAAKE (key transfer system); monitoring of housing and bearing temperature as well as vibration
● Mill inlet: JACOB pipe; DN 150 mm
● Mill outlet: Ground product and air discharge downward into a suction hopper, optimized for connection to the conveying line to a total separator
● Mill drive: Belt drive, three-phase asynchronous motor, energy efficiency class IE3 (manufacturer: SIEMENS), 90 kW, 3~ 400 V, IP55; suitable for operation with frequency inverter
● Sealing materials: Silicone; PTFE; sealing materials comply with EU and FDA regulations for food hygiene
● Grinding elements: Pin rotor: 4 pin rows, pin Ø 7 mm (wear-reduced); pin stator: 3 pin rows without external pin ring, pin Ø 7 mm
● Bearings: Sized for the toughest demands in practical continuous operation; heavy-duty bearing housings with temperature and vibration monitoring (for early detection of potential bearing failure and prevention of hot surfaces)
● Inert gas supply/monitoring for the process-side shaft seal
● Operational monitoring for detecting operating faults
● Machine frame: The complete unit—including mill, drive with motor, tension rails, belt drive, and belt guard—is delivered ready for use on a sturdy machine base with height-adjustable machine feet

● Product infeed/transfer from the operator’s upstream process and transition to a rotary valve (certified ATEX protection system);
● Industrial pin mill type REKORD 630-SSt with welded housing and polished surfaces;
● Product separator with discharge rotary valve (certified ATEX protection system);
● Pneumatic conveying line with air inlet/outlet and suction blower;
● WITHOUT control system or frequency inverter.
