Deskripsi

Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw in heavy-duty design, featuring a horizontally moving, parallel saw blade for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid materials of all grades, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw blades.

The saw unit is manufactured in a solid design from polymer concrete, ensuring maximum running smoothness and long blade life.

Guidance of the saw unit is via two vertical square columns (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic blade tensioning and hydraulically pre-tensioned carbide blade guides.

Material clamping is performed by two hydraulic vices. The control system allows for user-friendly operation. Cutting length can be set using a counter with 0.1 mm resolution. The batch counter automatically shuts off the machine when the preset quantity is reached. Material feed is performed by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring maximum accuracy for cut lengths. The machines are easy to operate and run fully automatically.

Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw machine in heavy-duty construction, with horizontally adjustable, parallel saw blade for cutting profiles, tubes, and solid materials in all grades, including extremely hard-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw blades.

The saw unit is made of solid polymer concrete, providing maximum vibration damping and blade life. The guidance system features two vertical square columns (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic saw blade tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide blade guides. Material clamping is via two horizontal frame vices. Material feed is integrated through a non-driven roller conveyor with twelve transport rollers, allowing even short remnants to be processed with ease.
