Deskripsi

The fully hydraulic high-speed production hacksaw is equipped with a universal hydraulic system for either exclusive or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid material, without the need to change the saw blade, using a standard tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. Features include preloaded bow guide, closed-loop oil hydraulics, triple pivot bearings, separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift-off movement and accelerated return stroke, and is standardly equipped with a stepless miter adjustment. Fast-mode lifting of the saw bow. Swiveling vice for optimal saw blade utilization. Longitudinal guide with ground and hardened guide rails for transfer of cutting forces to the saw bow. Automatic end-stop shutoff. Push-button controls for On, Off and fast lifting of the saw bow.
