Machine Description

- The lids of the crates can be folded down on the sides, resulting in a total transport height of approx. 1000 – 1050mm
- Both conveyor belts are equipped with 2 side guides each, one upper guide per side, and a cam pitch of 700mm
- Infeed area with 1500mm straight length and drive, working height approx. 1000mm
- Main washing zone, length 2700mm, tank capacity 600l with 50kW heating (20kW by means of hot water possible); washing temperature 55–60°C, 1 stainless steel centrifugal pump 7.5kW, 1500l/min at 2 bar, robust outer tank filter. Brush cleaning is performed after the initial spray cleaning by externally mounted brushes, followed by another spray cleaning.
- Rinsing zone 1800mm with approx. 150–250l/h via direct fresh water supply; the fresh water is supplied hot at minimum 60°C; 500mm discharge zone with top suction connection (stainless steel radial fan, connection DN 250); 1800mm long air blow-off section with two blower motors (5kW each); outfeed table is 500mm long.

Washing, rinsing, and drying: Total system length 8800mm
Hourly throughput (adjustable via LENZE frequency inverter): approx. 250–300 crates with hinged lids (cross feed) or 500 lids in longitudinal feed, including label removal with side brushes (LENZE drive 0.37kW).
Brush cleaning is performed after the initial spray cleaning by externally mounted brushes, followed by another spray cleaning.
Additional hot water heat exchanger integrated in the machine.
Drum filter for automatic label removal: with this equipment, the contaminated water in the main cycle passes through a drum filter, which significantly reduces label residue and mash formation. The wash tank contents can be used over several shifts without replacement.
Gravity roller conveyor for Euro pallets, inner width 840mm, very robust design made of 4mm thick stainless steel sheet, rollers are galvanized steel, length 5000mm

The machine features the following connections:
- Fresh water supply at approx. 60–80°C, 3/4", flow pressure min. 2, max. 6 bar, via 3/4" hose connection
- Power: max. approx. 50kW, 400V, 50Hz
- Waste water: DN 50 for discharge to floor drain
- Hot water: 1 1/4" supply and return, supply temperature min. 80°C, flow rate approx. 3–4m³/h
