This enables the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit specific requirements, thereby improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard via a manual hydraulic system, allowing for a range from 650 to 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø28 hole grid. When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adjusted to match the clamping table height of the machine. The tables can be easily relocated by pallet truck. These mobile systems have proven ideal for maintaining injection molding and die-casting tools, thanks to their diverse fastening and securing options. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and transported to maintenance for repairs. The fully bolted construction of the clamping plate allows the work surface to be replaced cost-effectively in the event of wear.
