This allows the user to flexibly adjust the height of the work surface to suit specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is performed as standard by means of a manual hydraulic system in the range of 650 – 1050 mm (higher or lower ranges available upon request). The worktop features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 hole grid, just like the SST fix series. When used in combination with processing machines, test or rework fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adapted to the height of the machine clamping table.

The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with their various fastening and securing options, have proven to be ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, the tools can be safely serviced on site and transferred to maintenance for repair. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in the event of later wear.
