This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit the specific requirements, improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is performed as standard via a manual hydraulic system in the range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm grid pattern with 28 mm diameter holes. Used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adjusted to match the height of the machine’s clamping table. The table systems can easily be relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems with various securing and clamping options have proven ideal for maintenance of injection molding and die-casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced on-site immediately after removal from the machine and then transported to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the work surface can be cost-effectively replaced in the event of wear.
