Carton Machine Type Vision 2800 Automatic
for processing fanfold corrugated cardboard from a stack, also suitable for single-sheet feeding

Machine description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of static operating machines, i.e., the cross-machine operations are performed while the carton is stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width for carton processing is 2,800 mm. All tooling adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (automatic carton cutting unit):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cuts and cross cuts on the corrugated cardboard.

Linear cross-creasing unit for cross creases in the cardboard (supplied as a cross creaser, optionally with perforation function).

Longitudinal creasing units from above for longitudinal creasing on the cardboard
Longitudinal cutting units for performing longitudinal cuts

2) Dual carton magazines

2 carton magazines provide the automatic supply and feeding of raw cardboard to the processing machine.
Stack height for fanfold corrugated cardboard up to max. 2,200 mm

3) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Includes all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
