Automatic fine sanding machine for wood sanding (surface smoothing, de-nibbing, and edge rounding) or intermediate sanding of profiled window bars. Equipped with Softdisc technology for visible surfaces, as well as automatic profile and width adjustment.

- Linear guidance of all sanding units via linear ball bearing sets on hardened shafts
- Time-controlled plunging of all flap wheel units directly above the incoming workpiece edges. Plunging allows deeper setting of units into the profiles.

- Variable sanding flap speed via frequency converters for adaptable sanding intensity (separate control for discs, surface wheels, and side wheels)
- Disc units as Softdisc with Velcro fastening for sanding discs (wood sanding)
- Feed via three lower and one upper conveyor belts, plus spring-loaded pressure rollers with infinitely variable speed of 4–15 m/min
- Touch panel settings: workpiece thickness, workpiece width (individual setting for left side units), plunge depth of side units, spindle speed, feed speed
- Parameters can be saved as machine programs in program mode
- Operation in automatic mode with contactless workpiece width and profile detection, and automatic adjustment of sanding units to workpiece width and profile shape (workpiece height is preset)
- Pneumatically controlled driven infeed roller, automatic clamping of the workpiece, and start of feed after unit adjustment
- Red/green status lights to indicate operational readiness
