The SUNCOMBE SteriWasher is an innovative, robust, high-performance, and fully validatable parts washer that has been specifically developed for use in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, healthcare, and other critical industries. The wash chamber is accessible via a sturdy hinged door and is constructed from 316 stainless steel in a hygienic design.

By combining specially developed, variable-power spray technologies, the washer delivers high-intensity cleaning while featuring an energy-efficient rinse, selectable via simple recipe selection.

Description
SteriWasher™ parts washers incorporate both existing and latest technologies to provide an environmentally friendly cleaning system with low water and energy consumption, suitable for use in production and research environments for equipment ranging from small, delicate components and tools to large mixers, drums, and vessels.
The range is available with multiple chamber sizes, from 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m up to the largest size of 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m. Custom versions can be supplied in any chamber size to meet your specific requirements.
All washers are fitted with crevice-free internal constructions and feature an airtight, leak-proof inflatable door seal for the entire unit and the wash chamber. The systems are equipped with standard or custom racks, offering individually validated cleaning positions that can be removed and loaded onto mobile carts for easy loading and unloading. Washers are available in single-door or two-door pass-through configurations, including straight or 90-degree layouts, all constructed from 316 stainless steel to cGMP, EHEDG, ASME BPE, and GAMP standards for integration into your wash area or cleanroom.
