The system is suitable for aseptically filling products into 200 L Bag-in-Box bags. The filler positioning mechanism facilitates the filling process, allowing the filling head to be positioned directly above the drums during filling. The Bag-in-Box bag can be filled without air bubbles thanks to the vacuum tester and the pneumatic system, which lifts the bag during filling to prevent the formation of air bubbles. The filling process is fully automatic. When the bag is placed into the bag holder, it is held (lifted) by two clamps, and the system opens the closure, applies vacuum, checks the bag for any damage, fills the bag, optionally doses nitrogen supply, and automatically seals the cap. The entire process can be controlled via touchscreen.
