Semi-automatic pivot frame metal band saw for mitre cuts from +60° to -45°, featuring a frequency inverter.

Ideal for cutting hollow sections and solid materials made of steel, stainless steel, tool steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.
Saw operations are hydraulically controlled.
Saw band drive with low-maintenance, oil-lubricated worm gear.
Equipped with a robust three-phase motor with overload protection.
Bearing-mounted turntable.
After initiating the cutting cycle, the vise automatically clamps the material; upon cycle completion, the vise returns to its original position (HA-DG).
Saw arm inclined by 25° for extended saw band service life.
Pivoting saw arm from +60° to -45°.
Equipped with a chip removal brush for optimal cleaning and maintenance of the saw band.
With frequency inverter: allows stepless adjustment of saw band speed from 20 - 100 m/min.
BRP - saw band monitoring system.
Hydraulic vise with manual quick-release for lateral adjustment.
Limit switches control upper and lower positions of the saw arm.
No need to set the upper end point manually.
