Operation
Thanks to the revolutionary welding system, any operator can achieve excellent results after a short training period. The cable allows the welder to work freely at multiple locations without moving the device. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive distortion. The weld seam is applied very quickly and efficiently, resulting in a strong and reliable welded joint.

Design
The torch cable allows for a high degree of mobility and makes welding in various positions easier. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to operate. The unit features a powerful cooling system, enabling use under tough conditions and in three-shift operations.

Operating principle
The laser welding unit melts the welding wire and the edges of the parts to be joined using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed at the welding wire, which is fed through the wire feeder, and at the contact area. When the trigger is pressed, the welding torch must be moved along the seam in line with the feed rate. The operating temperature of the laser source and torch is maintained by a water-cooling system. Radiation output and cooling are monitored by a controller, which regulates parameters according to user settings.
