PGCNC 2030 ATC 5X

The ATC series of CNC routers has been designed for professional use in large industrial plants and factories. Like the SPECIAL series routers, it is suitable for machining a wide range of materials. To meet the demands of heavier processing, ATC machines feature an additionally reinforced structure and robust AC servo drives on each axis. The five-axis configuration enables advanced support during the machining of even the most demanding components.

A vacuum worktable comes as standard with these machines. There is also an option to install a hybrid table.

Routers in this series are equipped as standard with an automatic tool changer, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly speed up the machining process that requires multiple cutters.

- Non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper, etc.)

CONSTRUCTION:
The machine frame is made of steel and cast iron, providing high rigidity and resistance to stresses generated during machining.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our CNC router is 2100 x 3100 mm.

MATERIAL CLAMPING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table for workpiece holding.

Z-AXIS RANGE & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
700 mm (Z-axis range can be modified upon request).

DRIVES:
Our CNC routers are driven by SERVO motors that provide appropriate acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes utilize traditional, proven helical racks, which offer durability and precision. The Z axis is actuated by a high-grade ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
A high-class, powerful, brushless spindle is used for driving the cutting tool. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. An inverter with higher power than the spindle is used for powering, ensuring no speed drop during heavy loads.

TOOL MAGAZINE:
The standard router configuration includes a linear tool magazine with 6 ISO30 holders.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes with appropriate CAD/CAM software, allowing for quick and easy design of components, which the software then converts to G-code. The import of ready-made files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is operated via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
