2024 Deburring and Finishing Machine F200 XLDS with Magnetic Holder.

Suitable for deburring, edge rounding, slag removal, and/or grinding of steel parts up to 200 mm width.

This refers to a F200 XLDS 4-station machine, Type TS, equipped with a touchscreen. Compared to the standard F200 XL, this machine features a slag roller for removing slag from plasma-cut products.

The F200 deburring machine is the finishing specialist for small workpieces. Suitable for flat ferrous/magnetic sheet metal parts between 15 and 200 mm wide. High-speed deburring, slag removal, grinding, and edge rounding.

This deburring machine features a slag roller (“slag hammer”) as the first station. The second station is a grinding belt, followed by two stationary disc brushes—one rotating clockwise (CW), the other counterclockwise (CCW).
Compared to other deburring machines, the F200 DS offers a significantly higher processing speed while achieving greater edge rounding simultaneously.

The machine comes standard with infinitely adjustable speed settings for the conveyor belt and the grinding and/or brush heads, allowing every possible operation and desired result to be achieved. You determine the required finish. Easy operation via the HMI touchscreen on the front panel.

The magnetic system securely fixes the workpieces on the conveyor belt, enabling safe, fast, and trouble-free processing even for small parts (from 15 x 15 mm). At Q-Fin, we believe in a narrower machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for larger pieces—for good reason. This F200 DS - MAG demonstration unit, year of manufacture 2023, is now available, optionally in combination with a WES3000 wet dust extraction unit and corresponding ductwork. Only available while stocks last.
