Q-Fin Quality Finishing Solutions SER1200

Discover the innovatively engineered SER1200 Multibrush VAC, which is currently displayed in our showroom and has only been used for a few demonstrations. You are welcome to view this machine in our showroom in Bergeijk.

The SER1200 Multibrush finishing machine is designed with 4 processing stations and 17 controllable motors. The entire finishing machine is operated via the HMI touchscreen, which is intuitively configured for effortless control. The touchscreen interface allows you to easily select various finishing programs, ensuring consistently high product quality and eliminating operator setup errors. Automatic height adjustment at each processing station guarantees unwavering consistency and precision.

At the first station, burrs and imperfections are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a flat, burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating combination brushes, which gently press against the workpiece to round all edges and holes, even those on the ground surface. The final station uses Multibrush round brushes for optimal finishing. Six brushes deliver a non-directional finish while rounding edges with a radius of 2+ mm, providing your product with a high-quality, durable appearance.

The SER1200 is also available in an XL version, which adds a fifth station featuring a second grinding unit. This allows the application of a line finish using a finer abrasive belt or scotch-brite belt.

This finishing machine utilizes a unique brush combination—offered exclusively by Q-Fin and referred to as “The Ultimate Qombination”—capable of achieving a 2+ mm radius in a single pass.
