Pos 1 Conveyor Technology

3 drives with geared motors for main chains with frequency-controlled speed (see layout).
Various track rails, horizontal bends, chain tensioning stations, pneumatically/electrically controlled stop stations

Automatic tilting of rails for drainage after the flooding unit
1 conveyor control system (Siemens S7-300 PLC)

Pos 3 Additions to Flooding Unit
1 drain channel and surface in the flash-off area behind the flooding unit
After flooding, the rails move into a drip buffer. The dripping coating material is collected on the PP non-stick collection surface (and channel) and returned to the flooding unit. Rinse water is collected in the flooding unit and pumped out. The use of PP in paint-contact areas allows for easy cleaning of dried-on coatings.
