Principle: Wastewater is fed into the inlet of the inclined clarifier and flows downward. Due to the arrangement of the lamella plates in the clarifier, the wastewater is redirected underneath the plates and flows upward through the lamellas. As a result, solids settle down onto the lamella plates. The clarified water is transported to the outlet. Solids on the lamella plates gradually slide down along the plates, where the sludge hopper is located.

Rake Mechanism: Optionally, we offer the inclined clarifier with a rake mechanism to keep the sludge fluid.

Application: Separation of solids and liquids by sedimentation. Inclined clarifiers are often used as a pre-stage before filter presses or decanters for thickening. Pre-thickening of thin sludge allows the filter press to be sized smaller in terms of filter area.

The system is in good condition and available for rent or sale. Inspection at our plant is possible by appointment. We also offer new inclined clarifiers with a delivery time of approximately 8 to 10 weeks!
