Glazing Bead Saw on Sliding Work Table

Designed for the simultaneous cutting of pairs of glazing beads on the sliding work table.

The RU-GL glazing bead saw is mounted on a sliding work table with scanning and clamping devices for two glazing beads.
Cutting length min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. Left saw fixed, right saw mounted on a carriage, manually movable. Pneumatic clamping from above and from the side, safety two-hand operation. Saw motors 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding work table with felt pad, total length with side shelf 3300 mm, width 1400 mm, working height 800 - 1000 mm. Pneumatically lowerable counter supports for positioning sash frames.

Pos. 1.6 Operating time switch for independent extraction system.
Adjustable from 5 sec. to 3 hours. At each sawing operation, the extraction runs for the preset time. If sawing takes place again within this time, the extraction timer resets.
