Designed for paired cutting of glass beads

The RU-GLS-ED45° Double Glass Beading Saw is manually adjustable to the desired size. The machine is designed for the paired cutting of glass beads at a cutting angle of 45° and is equipped with one fixed and one movable saw unit. The manual length adjustment is fitted with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2,650 mm can be processed. During cutting, the glass beads are clamped from above and from the front with a pneumatic clamping device to prevent tilting. Operation is via safety two-hand control. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, length: 3,700 mm, width: 700 mm, voltage: 400 V.
