Description:
With automatic adjustment
for mortise and tenon corner joints (other corner
connections optional), CE-certified version

The only fully automatic, high-performance frame press,
self-adapting and does not require pre-positioning of timber.
Width and height adjustments are carried out automatically,
without downtime, immediately after direct placement of
workpieces into the pressing area.
No repositioning of the timber is necessary.

Base machine features heavy-duty, welded frame construction,
made from oversized, thick-walled special profiles. Guide rails
for pressing corners are precision-machined for minimum wear on the pressure beams.

Continuous abutment for width pressing on the stop side,
unbendable design, mounted on the base frame.

Continuous abutment below, highly torsion-resistant design,
connected to the base frame and machine interface.
Infeed height: 500 mm. All abutments are precision adjustable for absolute
angular accuracy and long-term precision.

Right sliding carriage with fast, motorized width adjustment,
ensuring parallel travel, including automatic hydraulic locking:
Central drive for horizontal and vertical size adjustment, with high input
and adjustment speed and automatic width and height adjustment
(optoelectronic control).

2 vertical double-acting pressing cylinders, piston diameter 50 mm,
250 mm stroke, pressure force adjustable from 400 to 2,000 kg.

2 horizontal double-acting pressing cylinders, piston diameter 40 mm,
80 mm stroke, pressure force adjustable from 250 to 1,250 kg.

Upper right pressing corners are heavy-duty, milled type, with
automatic corner adjustment.

Free-floating press corners
Contact surfaces feature glue-repellent finish.
Abutment and pressure plate depth: 100 mm.

8-way holding and positioning system for fully loose placement
of all single timber parts in the pressing area (no prior stacking or plugging required).
Each frame component is held and positioned at two points.

Automatic lift-up function enables ergonomic placement
of the upper cross member even with tall frames, at an operator-friendly height.
Improved work safety through ground-level operation—no ladders or steps required.
