Description:
Robust frame welded construction made of thick-walled special hollow profiles, sliding carriages and pressure beams with 50 mm grid hole spacing.
Continuous left-side counter-bearing for wide surface pressing, lower counter-bearing on 2 levels.

Vertical pressing cylinders mounted on special pressure beams with single-hand quick adjustment and weight compensation, height adjustable in 50 mm grid holes. Long sliding carriages ensure permanently high pressing force absorption.
Quick, smooth width adjustment by ball-bearing carriage with central locking; fixing in 50 mm raster.
Upper horizontal pressing cylinder continuously height adjustable and equipped with weight compensation.
Lower horizontal pressing cylinder with centering bores for the two counter-bearing levels, without weight compensation.
Counter-bearing and pressure plate depth: 100 mm
Pressure plate and support width: 130 mm.
Machine is electro-hydraulically controlled, with 2 vertical pressing cylinders d = 60 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation and single-hand quick setting; 2 horizontal pressing cylinders d = 40 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation; 2 manual control valves, manometer, 1 pressure control valve from 20 to 130 bar, equivalent to 550 to 3500 kg pressing force vertically. Equipped with 3 kW three-phase motor for 400 Volt, 50 Hz operating voltage.
Complete with electrical connection.
Paint finish RAL 7035 light grey with RAL 7016 anthracite grey.
