The frame is constructed entirely of robust, thick-walled steel, fully painted and reinforced. A solid floor mounting system with flanged steel feet ensures stable and secure installation.

The two-hand control panel is ergonomically positioned for comfortable and efficient operation.

The cutting speed is adjustable via a pneumatic regulator for precise adaptation. The system also features a shock-absorbing mechanism to minimize vibrations and increase operator safety.

The upper pressure hood comes with an electro-pneumatic control for precise operation. The hood movement system uses innovative double-sealed ball bearings with an automatic lubrication system for smooth performance.

All electrical components are CE-compliant. CE models must be equipped as standard with infeed and outfeed tables (at least 1 meter each; either idle roller conveyors or flat tables) to optimize workflow and meet safety standards.
