PANEL FEED SYSTEM:
- Feed chain with rubber sliding pads, featuring a high coefficient of friction, mounted on 1¼” industrial chain
- The chain runs on 2 guides made of hardened and ground steel, one round and one flat, to ensure straight feed and prevent lateral deviation
- Automatic central lubrication for the feed chain
- The upper pressure beam is a thick-walled steel structure fitted with double rows of roller bearings and protective device for pressure rollers
- Manual lifting of the pressure unit with automatic positioning of the working units when changing panel thickness
- Mechanical digital display for monitoring selected panel thickness

CONTROL “ORION 100”
Control system with PLC, allowing fast, simple, and error-free execution of individual processing programs (max. 60 programs). Manages pneumatic positioning of units, if equipped on the machine. (The control system does not include pneumatic positioning.)
- Alphanumeric keypad and display
- Function keys for quick access to processing units
- Operating temperature range from 0 to +45°C

- Control of work units and automatic activation of motors
- Monitoring and adjustment of glue pot temperature
