BAEM-2 is a co-extruder with filling (featuring two hoppers – additionally, a third hopper can be installed to enable dual-color fillings) and is a multifunctional system for the professional production of items such as dumplings, pelmeni, cookies, filled biscuits, meatballs, meat sticks, burgers, as well as confectionery products (candies, cakes, strudel, bonbons or pralines, etc.)

A wide range of products can be manufactured in either round or elongated shapes, with or without filling. The weight, dough-to-filling ratio, and product size are continuously adjustable.
