The flow-wrap packaging unit performs the infeed of wet wipes, foil feeding and printing (hot-stamping), hole punching (wipe removal), placement of the resealable label and, if necessary, a sealing label (the integrated dual-lane labeler allows staggered labeling), pouch cutting / heat-sealing, and transfer to the lid unit. The lid unit is equipped with two lid magazines and a labeler. The lids are applied to the packs using a hot-melt gluing process.
