The KSF-mini crossbar milling machine is the result of STEGHERR's extensive experience in the construction of specialized machines for crossbar joinery.

With the KSF-mini, all crossbar joints commonly used in the field can be produced quickly and precisely. Pre-profiled bars can also be machined on the KSF-mini. Precise grooving is achieved as the workpiece is machined on three sides in a single clamping operation.

Tool drive is provided by two three-phase motors; workpiece clamping is pneumatic.

The profile cutter is designed for the width of the bar. The saw blades for slotting can be adjusted to the dimensions of the profile cutter by means of spacers.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
