Cross-Rail Milling Machine STEGHERR TYPE KSF-mini

Includes standard stop with 2 sliding stops, without tools

With the KSF-mini, all common cross-rail joints can be produced quickly and precisely. High precision is achieved because the workpiece is machined on three sides in a single clamping operation.

The tool drive is powered by two three-phase motors; workpiece clamping is pneumatic.

The profile cutter is designed for the width of the rail. The saw blades used for the flattening process can be adjusted to the profile cutter’s dimensions via spacer rings. The swivelling device is free from play.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
