The milling of the cross joint is completed in a single operation using both an upper and a lower milling unit, with the tenoning performed by a third milling unit. After inserting the workpiece, clamping is automatic at the push of a button, cross joints are milled, and a fourth, front grooving unit enables perfectly tear-free cross mullions on the visible side for pre-profiled bars. The KSF-2/4 cross mullion router guarantees high fitting accuracy for all cross joints produced with this machine.
