ABOUT THE DEVICE
The TESA Scan 50 plus is a high-precision optical-tactile shaft measuring machine for measuring rotationally symmetrical workpieces such as shafts, turned parts, precision journals, pins, and similar test parts. The device combines non-contact optical measurement with tactile probes and achieves a diameter resolution of 0.1 µm and length resolution of 0.5 µm.
