Equipment / Special features:

• This machine is designed for the production of round or profile carbide rods via the extrusion process of heated, vacuum-treated carbide powder.
• The entire extrusion group, including the working cylinder, can be swiveled so that the extruded workpieces (carbide profile rods) can be conveniently placed onto corresponding storage trays. These trays are mounted on a transport system and can be longitudinally and laterally adjusted by a stepper motor, with partial height adjustment as well.
• The complete operating process can be preset and monitored via a conventional MITSUBISHI controller type A 1SJHCPU. Mobile control cabinet with display instruments for heating temperature, angle adjustment, vacuum pressure, and pressure stages.
• 4 heating circuits: 1x for the extrusion nozzle and 3x for the material cylinder
• Material cutting device
• Vacuum pump for generating vacuum in the material area to prevent cracks and air bubbles. Various additional accessories included.

Condition: good to very good – possibly ready for demonstration under power. Rare machine!
