Backgauge system
3-axis backgauge system (one backgauge finger): Highly dynamic safety 3-axis backgauge system. Rack and pinion drive, CNC-controlled X-, R-, and Z-axes freely programmable, allowing precise adjustment of backgauge depth and height for maximum accuracy. Backgauge finger made of fiberglass with hardened steel stop.
Tool clamping
Upper tool clamp: Enables fast and precise tool change, both vertically and horizontally; fixed, self-centering.
Lower tool clamp: Individual V-dies mounted on a special plate. Clamping: Manual with hardened clamping and holding strips.
Safety
Safety device: Emergency stop push button, two-hand foot pedal for standing and sitting operation, sliding side safety doors, rear and side safety guards. The side guards are made of transparent, impact-resistant plastic.
