Deskripsi
The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is also possible to manufacture the frame from AISI 316 steel, for example – optional).
Equipment
The IBC washing system is equipped with a workstation. It enables semi-automatic internal cleaning of the IBC container (using a lowered head) and manual external cleaning (using a washing gun).
The machine features a system for dosing a single type of chemical during the process, as well as a tank equipped with a heating and temperature maintenance system for the water.

Installation
The washing container is fitted with adjustable feet to set the height of the machine. The customer must provide a location with connections for utilities, such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and waste water discharge.
Safety
A protective fence has been installed around the container washing system to prevent foot injuries. The fence sections are infilled with mesh made of AISI 304.
