Venjakob 3x HGS-DUO-ERS/F2

The machine has undergone a complete overhaul, with the entire structure sandblasted and repainted in 2013/2014. The control system, automation, and inverters have all been replaced with brand new components by a company specializing in painting machines. The control interface is in Polish, featuring an intuitive touch controller. Overall condition is very good – all components are fully functional.

The machine consists of:

- Integrated infeed table
- Blowing section additionally equipped with deionizers before and after the blow-off
- Scanner
- Conveyor belt (the belt is relatively new – it has only been in operation for a few months before the machine was taken out of service)
- Spray booth with water curtain, equipped with 4 Kremlin ATX guns
- Integrated outfeed table
- Belt cleaning unit with rollers, scrapers, and a diaphragm pump for water circulation
- Water skimmer for purification
- Paint recovery system

The machine is being sold without the pump.
It is possible to test the machine at our facility.
The machine is fully operational; we are selling it because we required a more efficient (faster) machine.
The machine is not dismantled but is out of service – it is possible to visit, connect a pump, and start it up. The machine can be converted to a "dry" version, without the water curtain.
