New High-Pressure Unit

Looking for a new high-pressure (HP) unit? We custom-build them to your specifications. Here, we present our newest HP unit, which is unique in the market—a true all-rounder, not offered in this configuration by anyone else!

Specifications VIHT2350/20/40/100 (demo)

Motor: 30 kW at 1500 rpm / 36 kW at 1750 rpm
2 x Mazzoni pump, 21 liters per minute per pump at 1450 rpm, set to 350 bar. The low speed ensures the motor runs quietly and smoothly.
Pressure regulation via RPM control and manual setting of 2x Zero 350 valves. Hoses are virtually pressure-free (10 bar) when the spray gun is closed.
This provides safe operation, as hoses and pumps remain depressurized until the handle is opened, building up pressure only when needed.

2 x burners for producing hot water up to 120°C. On request, V+ Steam option available, reaching 140°C at the nozzle.
This machine enables two operators to work simultaneously and independently—each with different temperature and pressure settings.
The drive system is specially developed for a long service life and easy maintenance.
On board: 2 diesel tanks, 1 x 90 liters for the engine and 1 x 90 liters for the burners.
Designed for 24/7 operation.
Fitted with 2 water tanks, each 325 liters, providing a total water supply of 650 liters.
The Vibemo easy start panel protects against overheating and low oil level (engine shuts off) and provides error indication. Additional safety for low water level and open valve during operation. You can also monitor operating hours, RPM, and alternator charge current here.
Temperature control is user-friendly, displaying set and actual temperatures.

As standard, a 3-way valve is included, allowing operation at 350 bar and 40 liters per minute (also with hot water up to 100°C max)—making it suitable for sewer cleaning or barn cleaning.

Further equipped with emergency stop, interior lighting in engine and reel compartments. Hose reels and burners are made of high-grade stainless steel. All hoses are 50 meters in length as standard.
Equipped with pre-water filter and intermediate filter per pump.
Accessories: 2 spray guns, 2 flat-jet lances (25°, 20 l/min), 2 dirt blaster lances (20 l/min), 1 flat-jet lance (25°, 40 l/min), 1 dirt blaster lance (40 l/min), 2 pressure gauges for reading set pressure.

3 level sensors for diesel and water tanks for a neat, clear overview.
All built into a tandem-axle trailer 2500 kg, (LxWxH) 300x150x150 cm.
Supplied with 1-year warranty and full service package.
