WEINIG PowerMat 2400+ ProfiPress T 5500 HF

We offer a fully automated line from the renowned manufacturer WEINIG, designed for gluing and sizing solid wood panels and worktops. This line is engineered for efficient industrial production while maintaining high dimensional repeatability and superior surface quality.

The use of a ProfiPress T 5500 HF high-frequency press enables fast and stable bonding of components, while the integrated panel saw system allows for precise cross-cutting and ripping in a single technological cycle.

An ABB IRB 760 robot (manufactured in 2023) is responsible for automated transport and pick-up of elements, significantly reducing manual labor and increasing the overall process efficiency. The line is complemented by a roller conveyor storage system and scissor lifts that ensure smooth internal logistics.

The offered equipment/machine is sold on EXW terms (PL – 38-120 Czudec) according to Incoterms 2020.
