The Wolfking Y/D-REV is a powerful and highly efficient industrial grinder (block grinder) specifically designed for both the coarse and fine grinding of whole, hard-frozen blocks of meat, fish, or poultry.

Thanks to its massive 400 mm plate diameter and a 33 kW drive working at 250 A, the unit can easily break and mince frozen product (down to -20°C) without the need for pre-thawing or pre-cutting. This ensures maximum microbiological quality of the end product and significantly reduces processing time.

Key features:
- Heavy-duty construction: The robust housing and feed throat are made entirely from acid-resistant stainless steel, built to withstand heavy mechanical loads.

- High throughput: The 400 mm diameter, combined with a specially engineered feed and cutting screw geometry, ensures enormous hourly capacity.

- Minimal temperature increase: The unique cutting system minimizes friction, preventing the product from overheating during grinding and preserving optimal fat and protein structure.
