The XTON Smart Cleaner SC850™ Automatic Basket Washing System is constructed from stainless steel AISI 304 and acid-resistant steel AISI 316. It is designed for use across various industrial sectors, including the automotive industry. This cleaning system is intended for degreasing and washing components contaminated with oil or grease without damaging the surface of the cleaned parts. Cleaning efficiency is enhanced by our proprietary XPOWER Active Cleaner BA fluid, which—when combined with optimal temperature and pressure—effortlessly removes all types of contaminants. The system operates in a closed-loop circuit at temperatures of up to 80°C. Standard equipment includes a rotating basket with a diameter of 85 cm and a 250-litre tank, which can optionally be thermally insulated to prevent rapid cooling of the cleaning fluid. The Smart Cleaner SC850™ provides superior cleaning quality, saves time and energy, and ensures safe and convenient operation. This washing system is engineered for the automatic removal of contaminants from cast iron, aluminium, and steel surfaces. The design and construction of the Smart Cleaner SC850™ comply with the highest quality standards—ISO 9001 and environmental standards ISO 14001.
