The following is offered: An automatic side board processing line with board singulation, trimmer for cross-cutting, 2 stacking machines, additional ejector, and short length removal for stacking battens: Boards 2000–5000 mm long, 16–40 mm thick, 70–200 mm wide, cycle performance 29 or 58 pieces/minute. Operated by one person seated at the joystick:

- Crosswise board extraction with a 4-strand rooftop chain cross conveyor
- Singulation steep conveyor, 6000 mm wide, 3000 mm inclined
- Alignment roller conveyor
- Chain cross conveyor as layer former
- Star turner and grading station before the trimmer
- Wane detection (ALFHA-Edger)
- Trimmer with 11 saws at a 50.5 cm pitch: The operator (seated at the joystick) decides:
without re-cutting: 5000 mm boards into stacking machine 1, alternatively: without re-cutting: 4000 mm boards into stacking machine 1
with re-cutting: 4000 mm boards into stacking machine 2, with re-cutting: 3000 mm boards into stacking machine 2
with re-cutting: short lengths ejected into a box, with re-cutting: short lengths ejected into a box
with re-cutting: 2 or 3 x 101 cm for stacking battens, with re-cutting: 2 or 3 x 101 cm for stacking battens
or break/cut to 505 mm length for the vibrating chute below
- 2 stacking machines: 1 x 2500 to 5000 mm and 1 x 2000 to 4000 mm
- Automatic lowering of completed packages and transfer to the automatic strapping unit
- FROMM strapping unit with 16 mm PET strap and automatic transfer to the outfeed roller conveyor
- ALFHA control system with Siemens S7 – ensures perfect operation. Performance records / daily reports
- Control cabinets with Siemens components, SEW motors, Telco light barriers

For example, one operator processed, packaged, and strapped approx. 15,000 side boards (4000/17 x 76 mm) in 9 hours.

The system is still assembled; however, the linked chipper line has already been dismantled. Therefore, the system is immediately available. It is very robustly constructed and has always run reliably and without malfunctions.
