Fully automatic liquid filling system with 6 filling heads, suitable for various filling ranges, for example from 50ml to 500ml – can be customised to client requirements. Within the filling range, the volume is individually adjustable by adapting the stroke volume of the air cylinders – easily controlled via software, with no need for additional modules. Functionality: Bottles are fed in via a conveyor belt, followed by bottle positioning, insertion of filling needles into the bottles, and filling via filling lances. The dosing is regulated by air cylinders. The filling lances are equipped with a special stop mechanism to prevent liquid dripping. Relevant electronic components: PLC and touchscreen by SIEMENS, detection sensors by Sick, speed inverter by Panasonic. Pneumatic components predominantly by AIRTAC. CIP self-cleaning hardware and software is available and can be customised to client specifications. - Specifications: Number of filling heads: 6; max. machine cycle rate at idle: 35 cycles/minute; accuracy: depending on selected filling range and actual fill volume; stainless steel version SS304 – all parts in contact with the filling medium made from SS316; Power: 220V, 0.5kW; air pressure: 4-6bar, 0.4m³; machine dimensions LxWxH: 3500x1350x1800mm; weight: 850kg. - Installation of servo motors for dosing instead of air cylinders available at additional cost.
